1. Is cash on delivery (cod) available?

Certainly! Cod is an option for orders below inr 3000 on all serviceable pincodes.

2. How to place a return / exchange request?
  • Visit the "place your return / exchange request" section on the website/app or click here to initiate a return/exchange request for your order.
  • Provide the required details as prompted.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) for return/exchange.

Please note that return/exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of the delivery date. Our courier partner will conduct a reverse pickup within 2-3 working days. Once we receive the product, we will contact you to confirm your request. Additionally, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

3. Are there any additional charges for returns / exchange?

A fee of inr 100 is charged for return orders as a reverse shipment fee during the refund process.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically take 2-5 working days to reach all metros and tier i cities, though some pin codes may require additional time.

5. How would i know if my order is placed?

You will receive a confirmation of your placed order on your registered email id and phone number. We will also notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?

If your order does not arrive within 7-10 working days, please reach out to customercare@aryanclothing.in

6. Are there any shipping charges on delivery?

We charge a shipping fee of 100 only on orders below inr 1000/-

7. Do we ship outside india?

Currently, we only deliver items within india. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within india.

8. How do I return / exchange a product?

For returns/exchanges, visit the returns section on the website or click here. Pack the product in its original packing (with tags) and hand it over to our courier person. Once we receive it, we will verify and issue a refund to the same account details used for payment. Note that a handling fee of inr 100 is charged for returns.

Additionally, orders placed during any sale, including free products received during promotional events/offers, are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

9. What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?

If you receive a damaged/defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and email a photograph of the damaged/defective product to customercare@aryanclothing.in failure to report may result in the non-processing of a return.

10. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

In case you receive a different/wrong product, visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request.

11. Within how many days of purchase can I return my order?

Return requests must be raised within 15 days of the delivery date.

12. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

For return/exchange, the reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, undergo a quality check, and, if it passes, initiate the refund or exchange request within 72 hours. Once dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you.

13. When will I get my refund?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.

14. How do I get my refund for my orders?

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 7-10 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Please note that if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
